What we collect, and how we use it.
This policy explains what data Cracking Walnuts collects and how we use it. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
We share the minimum necessary data with the service providers that run the platform: an identity provider (sign-in), a payment gateway (payments), an email provider (transactional email), cloud infrastructure providers (hosting and database), and an analytics provider. Each processes data only to provide its service, under its own terms.
To protect your account and our paid content, we keep limited technical records of how the service is used. We use them only to keep the service secure and prevent misuse, and they are deleted automatically after 7 days.
We keep account and payment records for as long as your account exists and as required for tax and accounting. The security records described above are kept for up to 7 days. You can request deletion (see below).
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing root@crackingwalnuts.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to records we must retain by law.
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics cookies help us measure usage; you can block them in your browser without losing core functionality.
